Something for Everyone!
The Mayor of the City of Canterbury, Cr Brian Robson, said whether you’re a foodie or just want to have fun, this year’s Campsie Food Festival on Saturday 30 May really does have something for everyone.
“The Campsie Food Festival has become an opportunity for food lovers from across Sydney to satisfy their cravings and their appetite for foods from all over the world for 15 years now,” Mayor Brian Robson said.
“Those that have joined us in foodie heaven, or Campsie as it is more commonly known, in the past will know that there is a lot more going on that just people cooking and other people eating.
“Anzac Park will transform into a sideshow alley with plenty of fun for kids.
“In Anzac Mall there will be face painting, cupcake decorating and kids activities.
“For those that are competitive, we’re once again hoping to hold our infamous eating competition.
“The Campsie Food Festival is a feast of flavours but with great music, amazing performers and a sideshow alley for kids, there really will be something for everyone,” the Mayor said.
