Whether you’re a foodie or you just like to eat good food, there’s only one place to be on May 28 and that’s the Campsie Food festival. Bigger than ever this year, we are bringing together thousands of people from different backgrounds to celebrate the international culinary delights of Campsie and beyond. See you there!
The City of Canterbury is excited to be holding its 17th Campsie Food Festival on Saturday 28 May from 10am to 4pm.
The festival will be held in Beamish Street, Anzac Mall and Anzac Park in Campsie with over 20,000 Sydney siders out to indulge in specialty dishes, beverages and sweets.
Known as the City of Cultural Diversity, the City of Canterbury is home to over 150 different nationalities, which means you won’t have to travel far to experience flavors from around the world.
Foodies will love Campsie’s transformation into a lively market place, while treating themselves to an array of delicious Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, German, Italian and our predominant Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisines to name a few.
Adding to the international flavour are some of Sydney’s top food trucks lining Beamish Street and serving distinctive and delicious flavours giving visitors the opportunity to sample delectable and tantalising dishes including wood fired pizza, extra lean sausages and burgers and monster rolls.
The wide range of foods on display is a true reflection of the cultural diversity we have in our community.
